On Sunday 2nd May we packed up our belongings and headed off to do a fifty odd kilometre round trip to Moon Plain and Breakaways before heading off to Port Augusta for the second time.
Once you leave Coober Pedy there's not much there...for kilometre after kilometre. Yet this destination is a must! The photograph doesn't do it much justice...but then what is there to see?
Imagine our surprise when we came up on the following piece of ingenuity? We were so stunned that we were too afraid to approach...perhaps it was booby trapped, or something would pop out and shout at us 'you're on Candid Camera!'
